Step 1: If an item you’re after isn’t available on our website, just fill out the form below.

Step 2: We will reply to your email with a quote of how much the desired item will cost you. 

Step 3: A full payment will be required to secure your item. 

Step 4: Please allow up to 7 business days for the item to arrive at our warehouse. Once the item has arrived, we will then ship to your desired postal address. 

Step 5: Make sure you understand our Return Policy

Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping is 7 – 9 business days.

Please note that all sales are final. At MKtrading (MK), we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is the Responsibility of our customers to review and understand our strict returns policies when making purchases.

However, if a purchase is made whereby the item is faulty or not as described, we are able to provide a full refund.
